Lady Sheridan and the Corinth Canal

The Canal that connects the Gulf of Corinth with the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea, with only 21 metres wide and 8 meters deep seems to be too narrow for modern ocean vessels. This rule does not apply to Lady Sheridan. On her cruise to Greece, Abeking & Rasmussen’s yacht passed the  6 km in a very smooth and elegant trip, like a lady.
