To make the possibilities offered by the shipyard no less expansive than the wishes of the future owner, Abeking & Rasmussen allowed plenty of latitude for doing everything on a grand scale. The new ‘F’ manufacturing shed now makes it possible for ships to be built up to a length of 125 metres. This is progress on an XXL scale.
