While the name Soaring might evoke lofty expectations, the design of this 68-meter superyacht is anything but ostentatious. Instead, it exudes a subtle, floating harmony, where ideas are seamlessly integrated rather than overtly showcased. The yacht’s design embraces a holistic philosophy, where contrasting elements come together to create a distinctive and timeless style.

While the name Soaring might evoke lofty expectations, the design of this 68-meter superyacht is anything but ostentatious. Instead, it exudes a subtle, floating harmony, where ideas are seamlessly integrated rather than overtly showcased. The yacht’s design embraces a holistic philosophy, where contrasting elements come together to create a distinctive and timeless style.

It was important for us to keep the lines fluent, elegant and harmonious, and we needed to avoid contradictions between outer appearance and inner use.

AN EYE FOR DETAIL

 

A sense of style and a well-conceived, coherent concept are the foundation for a result that is reflected in even the smallest detail. Ideally, exterior and interior blend seamlessly into a harmonious living space that engages all the senses.

Soaring follows a design philosophy based on striking contrasts: the deliberate reduction to select, refined materials is set against an impressive variety of uses. The superyacht captivates with an elegant library, a stylish bar with an integrated Jacuzzi, a spacious beach club, and an expansive swim platform. Its allure lies in the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality—paired with the precise realization of bespoke owner requests. For instance, each guest cabin has been designed around a unique theme, expressed through the use of varying materials on walls and floors. The yacht, now sailing under the name Starlust, was honored with the internationally renowned ISS Award, among others.

Designing a yacht of this caliber goes far beyond decorative accents or the adaptation of existing platforms. Each yacht is a self-contained work of art, shaped by an individual design concept, a distinctive visual language, and clearly defined functional requirements. Every element—even those visible on the exterior—follows the vessel’s unique design logic. The yacht’s unmistakable character emerges through extraordinary details: artfully designed lighting features, intricately crafted furniture, and built-ins that blur the line between design object and functional furnishing.
